The Williamsburg Regional Library in Virginia is currently hosting an exhibit on the brief visit of Winston Churchill to Richmond and Williamsburg in March 1946. During the one day visit Churchill spoke to the General Assembly in Richmond, visited the College of William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg, stopped at the Raleigh Tavern, and dined at the Williamsburg Inn. The display of photographs will be hosted through the end of April. A talk on the visit will be hosted at the library at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 10.
