Bradley P. Tolppanen serves as a professor of library services and history librarian at Eastern Illinois University. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history and political science from the University of Calgary; a master of arts in history from the University of New Brunswick; and a master of library and information studies from the University of Alberta. Tolppanen has published several articles on Winston Churchill in the Finest Hour: The Journal of Winston Churchill, The Churchillian: The Magazine of the National Churchill Museum, and Armchair General. Churchill in North America is his first book.
